NIOS Admission
Established in November 1989 by India’s Ministry of Education, the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), formerly the National Open School (NOS), is an autonomous organization. Its secondary and senior secondary certificates are widely recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), the University Grants Commission (UGC), and various other universities, school boards, and government ministries.
